RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
By booking online lessons at TLCdénia, the following terms and conditions are accepted:

To book a course, you need to make the payment in advance for the package of classes you choose: Online classes
The main method of payment is online via credit or debit card VISA or Mastercard through our secure forms of payment on the web.
If you can not make a payment with a card, you can make a transfer to buy your classes. In that case, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us that you have made a transfer and we will reserve your classes when the transfer becomes effective.

CONFIRMATION AND PROCEDURES
Once you have received the class reservation, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation and we will assign you a schedule.
Lessons are 45 minutes. You can do one or two lessons in a row (lasting one and a half hours). The price includes the use of materials during the class period.
It is essential that students who already have knowledge of Spanish take our online level test. This test will be administered upon confirmation of your reservation.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail to the school. In the case of not receiving notification of cancellation or in the case of the student not attending class, the the full amount for the lesson must be paid.
If the student does not show up for class and has not cancelled, the lesson will be deducted from your class package.
In the case that online TLCdénia is forced to cancel a class with less than 24 hours noticedue to teacher's illness or a situation out of our control, we will do everything possible to replace the teacher or, ultimately, the class will be reprogrammed.
If there is a problem with the class and it is not possible to perform correctly, the student should report that there was an incident within his administration panel in the "MY CLASS" section by making use of the INCIDENT button. We will study each case to find a convenient solution.
Once the reservation has been made, there are no refunds.
If, for reasons of greater justified cause, the student is obliged to cancel or postpone his classes, the school will offer him the opportunity to finish his studies in another period. This will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation notice and will not be refunded at any time.
Classes are not transferable to another student.
EXPIRATION OF CLASSES
The booking of 1, 5, 10 and 20 lessons expire 6 months from the date of reservation. Packages of 30 lessons expire 9 months from the date of reservation.
If the student has any complaints regarding the classes, he / she should communicate it as soon as possible via e-mail.
